MAC3 is pleased to announce the arrival of the MSS industrial range, based on oil-free scroll compression technology. This new range meets the needs of numerous applications requiring completely oil-free compressed air. Compressors that do not use oil during the compression process eliminate any risk of contamination in manufacturing processes.

Many processes involve contact between compressed air and the product. When air purity is critical, fully oil-free air is required, for example in:

CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY AND PREMIUM COMPONENTS

The compression unit, manufactured in Japan by HITACHI, consists of two scrolls, one fixed and one moving. The rotation of the moving scroll compresses the air entering the compression chamber.

The compression units feature an optimal cooling system, and all models are delivered with a high-efficiency final compressed air cooler.

These compressors are designed to achieve very low vibration and noise levels.

Each compressor comes standard with an intelligent electronic controller, enabling preventive maintenance management and communication via the MODBUS protocol.

Finally, the French touch: our compressors are equipped with LEROY SOMER IE3 efficiency motors and SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC starters and electrical protections.

MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
From 1.5 to 30 kW, the MSS range meets a wide range of oil-free air requirements.

The MSS range offers models with up to 4 compressors in a single frame, structured as follows:

  • S = 1 scroll compression unit
  • D = 2 scroll compression units
  • T = 3 scroll compression units
  • Q = 4 scroll compression units

The multi-compressor models D, T, and Q are controlled by an advanced electronic controller, managing start/stop, rotation, and unit balancing, with the primary goal of matching air consumption to production.
Single-unit S models can be supplied mounted on an air tank with a refrigeration dryer and filtration.
