From early afternoon, guests were taken behind the scenes of the company through a guided tour led by our executive committee.
In a real working environment, our partners were able to observe firsthand the technical expertise, industrial organization and precision that define the quality of MAC3 products.
This immersion also gave them a concrete view of the various relocation stages MAC3 has carried out over the past 14 years, illustrating our ongoing commitment to local and responsible expertise.
A true showcase of the people and know-how that perfectly embody our company philosophy.
Exclusive Preview: The Future MAC3 Compressor Range
One of the highlights of the day was undoubtedly the exclusive presentation of our new compressor range, expected to enter the market by the end of 2025. This range represents a major milestone for MAC3 in terms of innovation and performance.
The discussions that followed were particularly insightful: technical exchanges and spontaneous feedback from our partners confirmed the strong interest and enthusiasm generated by this next generation of products.
Collective Reflection: Customer Intelligence Shaping the Future
The late afternoon was dedicated to three collaborative workshops. The objective: to listen, understand and co-build the future development axes of our products and services.
This reflection time highlighted the strength of our partner network — committed and knowledgeable professionals ready to share ideas and experiences to fuel MAC3’s continuous improvement dynamic. A sincere thank you to them for their involvement and transparency throughout these exchanges.
An Inspiring Encounter with Manon Fiorot
Manon Fiorot, MMA champion and MAC3 ambassador, joined us for a unique exchange with our guests.
In a Q&A session, Manon shared her journey as a high-level athlete, the mental and physical demands of her daily life, and the parallels she draws between her discipline and entrepreneurship: rigor, resilience, mental preparation and a conquering mindset. A powerful testimony reflecting values that strongly resonate with those of MAC3.
Recognition & Commitment: Partner Awards Ceremony
Because long-term relationships are built on trust, MAC3 chose to honor its most committed partners through a trophy ceremony.
Around ten partners were recognized — symbolically yet sincerely — for their driving role within our network. A simple but essential moment of appreciation.
A Festive Evening
The day concluded in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, directly on the company site, specially transformed for the occasion. Guests enjoyed a cocktail dinner hosted by a magician, followed by a memorable moment of conviviality with a collective karaoke session. Laughter, good spirits, and above all, strengthened bonds.
